Private Sectors in Social Enterprise

I represent a private sector training provider delivering the government's skills and employment agenda. Our training centres are UK learning centres and based at the heart of the communities they serve. I am interested in setting up a not-for profit social enterprise arm to the company to enable us to get involved in delivering beneficial third sector projects at a local level which we are currently ineligible to apply for due to our private sector status.
